Our Supporters

The work of the Action Network for Equitable Wellbeing has been supported by a diverse portfolio of sources, including federal and foundation grant funding, institution contributions, and in-kind support.

Grant funding to support specific programs and collective infrastructure (e.g., website) has been awarded by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, New York State Health Foundation, Wellfleet, Binx Health, Robert Wood Johnson Foundation via 100 Million Healthier Lives, an initiative convened by the Institute for Healthcare Improvement, Pfizer Foundation, Aetna Foundation, the Charles Engelhard Foundation, and New York State Office of Mental Health.

ANEW is built on principles of decentralized, distributed, adaptive leadership, management, and coordination.   The majority of the leadership, intellectual capital, coordination and infrastructure (e.g., servers, webinar platform) has been provided via in-kind support from committed people, institutions of higher education, national organizations, and government agencies.

Working as individuals, we too often feel confined by the pressures of scarcity of resources and time.  In this network, we leverage our respective strengths and assets to create an accessible community abundant with the necessary resources to catalyze scalable and sustainable results-driven change.
